Q. A couple of smiling Americans. Max, you just keep on rolling. What's it feel like when you kind of get in a groove like you're in right now?
MAX HOMA: Oh, man. It's easy. It's easy where I hit from after Tony hits. It's easy. It's a simple game. It's been fun. This place means a lot to me, got my first win here.
But, yeah, this week has been a dream come true. My partners have been unbelievable, and I'm just having a lot of fun.
Q. What's it like for you, Tony, to have a rock in this guy, especially with a putter that you know is going to be pretty automatic.
TONY FINAU: Exactly, that's a perfect way to put it. He's a rock. This guy's solid as a rock. He's so clutch. I said that on my Instagram a couple days ago before we even played. I'm like, I'm playing with Mr. Clutch. If anybody didn't know, now you know.
He's a great teammate. Such great vibes all around. Just proud of this guy and happy to be his partner.
Q. Max, another memorable moment, especially here on this green, which is 15 this week, 18 during the Wells Fargo Championship. After all the energy that you expended yesterday and the win alongside Billy Horschel, how are you able to just turn things around and start the engine again this morning?
MAX HOMA: Well, I have to hit half the shots today, you know. We got on the 1st tee and the crowd gets you buzzing fast. I felt like I slept for an hour and a half.
Tony pumped up the crowd on 1 today, just hit a missile. All of a sudden, my adrenaline was back. It was a blast playing with T again. This has been so fun.
Alternate shot foursomes is so difficult but it feels normal playing with T. It's been awesome.
Q. Tony, second win alongside Max Homa. What is it like to have this guy as a teammate?
TONY FINAU: It's like having Superman on your team. It really is. He hits clutch shots and makes clutch putts. It's so fun to watch him play, to root for him, and to watch him pull shots off, hit putts to win matches.
It's been so fun, and that's what I love so much about the team atmosphere. I couldn't ask for a better partner.
