Q. You came out with a hot start there, and then it seemed like a pretty good fight there.
PATRICK CANTLAY: Yeah, thanks very much. I got off to a really nice start and made a couple long ones, which is really nice to get your momentum on your side early. And then, you know, I did a really good job hitting quality shots pretty much all the way down the stretch, minus a couple bad swings.
Q. How much did this mean to you to take down Adam Scott, one of the leaders and his legacy with the international team?
PATRICK CANTLAY: I knew it was an important match. They definitely front-loaded, and I knew it was really important for me to get my point today. And I'm really content with how I played and, you know, hopefully we can finish it off.
