Q. Garrick, your game is in really good shape. Did it feel different today?
GARRICK HIGGO: Yeah, tempo, just felt slightly off. Obviously Steven played that good. You just can't really be off slightly. Like on 10 and 11, like my 4-iron on 10 -- I was trying to hit a nice high fade with 4-iron to hold it against the wind and just pulled it.
Then I felt like I hit a good putt and just broke more than I thought.
On 11 actually didn't feel like a bad swing, but into the swing a hybrid everything would be exaggerated. That ended up being just a mess of a hole.
Q. After you made those two bogeys, did your mindset change? Often like when you're in that situation you just go for it. You ended up making four birdies in a row.
GARRICK HIGGO: Yeah.
Q. How do you adjust to that?
GARRICK HIGGO: I just reset. I didn't really try -- didn't really react to it. It's easy to try and force it. I just try to hit good shots, stay patient, make the swings I know I can make.
Felt like 6did I a good job of that and just putted the way I know I could putt.
Q. After those four birdies in a row you hit it pretty tight on 17. What was the deal with that putt?
GARRICK HIGGO: I don't know. I didn't feel anything. The grain was pretty straight down. Obviously I think there was a little bit of movement. I took it pretty straight and moved slightly. Yeah, I was just as shocked as you were.
Yeah, those are pretty routine for me, so...
Q. With this performance this week you're going to move up just outside the 60 number on the FedExCup. Moving forward, goals to try and get in that 51 to 60?
GARRICK HIGGO: Yeah, that would be great. Going to play Cabo and Sea Island. Looking forward to next week and going back to South Africa for a little bit.
