Q. Harry, if we could get some comments on your opening round. Just one bad hole out there, but overall a great start.
HARRY HALL: Yeah, good start. Nice to be in contention after the first day and have a great score. I think it's just what I needed to be on a familiar course and have some confidence off the tee. I knew the course really well and felt really comfortable.
So when your game isn't quite there, which it hasn't been at the start of the season, I think it's just the right time to be playing my home course in a PGA TOUR event.
Q. Were you a little frustrated in the beginning with all the pars? And also take us through, if you can, on the double on 8.
HARRY HALL: The first seven holes I was doing well to be 1-under. I didn't hit many greens. So I was happy to be level par. I knew the back nine is scorable around here, so that was cool.
8, I just chunked a 5-iron and went 110 yards and it was in the desert, and I had to take a line of sight and go back to the tee box. That was it, just one bad swing.
