Q. Okay, you got a round and a half of practice down. How are you feeling for tomorrow?
LEXI THOMPSON: Yeah, I feel great. The course is in amazing shape. A little bit different today with the wind. Yesterday I played a full 18 and it was very calm out.
But the course is in great condition for us. Looking forward to embracing the experience and going out there and having some fun.
Q. What do you imagine the nerves might be like tomorrow when you tee it up?
LEXI THOMPSON: I'm sure there will be some. Definitely I think if you don't have nerves you don't care. Just shows how much I love the game and how much I appreciate this opportunity.
Q. You told Ben yesterday felt like a major. I think I heard you say that. What did you mean by that? Can you take me through that?
LEXI THOMPSON: Just course setup-wise obviously very long. I get to hit driver basically on every hole, which is nice. Usually I get to do that more on the major championships.
So to be able to come out here and free swing with the driver and have a few mid to long irons into the greens, definitely more major feel.
Q. I want to ask about your bag this week. We saw it. Can you just tell us about it?
LEXI THOMPSON: The white bag?
Q. Yeah.
LEXI THOMPSON: Yeah, I'm very excited. I actually got this new white Cobra bag in for this week. Totally blank, but I have the Shriners kids designing it and writing a few things on it, which makes it more special because that's what this week is all about.
It's amazing what Shriners does for these kids and gives then the opportunity to be able to follow their dreams and the healthiest lifestyle they can. I'm basically carrying them all around with me this week and having their support means the world.
