Q. Do you feel like you played to your potential?

PATRICK JUNG: I started off a little rough. Struggled off the tee but coming back I finished strong, so I gave myself a chance for tomorrow so looking forward to it.

Q. How cool is it to be able to play here where you're from and what does it mean to play in Hawai'i?

PATRICK JUNG: It's an honor. It's something we don't get to play in very often and I'm very fortunate to play this twice, it's my second time, I played it when I was 16, learned a lot, matured a lot. It's a great opportunity for me to grow.

Q. Anything you learned from back then that you carried into today?

PATRICK JUNG: These guys are good. There's that's the biggest one. It's the way they handle themselves and the way they play. I notice that a lot of them, they don't really have a surprise factor. Everything all around, they are just solid.

So I think that's the biggest difference, just being consistent, on and off the course, I think that's huge. Yeah, using that to progress.

Q. What does it mean to be one of the -- I think that's a couple amateur here today, what does that mean to you?

PATRICK JUNG: Lucky. Lucky and fortunate, once again. It's just golf. So I have an opportunity to play, capitalize and just have fun, make memories.

Q. Are you starstruck with the professionals? Does it raise your game?

PATRICK JUNG: Well, playing with the pro, you get nervous. Add the butterflies. It's just learning. I have nothing to lose in it tournament. Only thing I learn, I gain. So it's very valuable and money can't buy this. So it's a great opportunity to play.

Q. Is this one of your favorite courses?

PATRICK JUNG: It's a fun track. I love Waialae. It's fair. Keep it in the fairway. You have opportunities, but I mean, once you're left and right, it's tough. Rough is thick. Flyers everywhere. I like it. It's Hawai'i. How bad can it get?

Q. What are you looking forward to improve on tomorrow?

PATRICK JUNG: Same thing. I'm putting well. Just keep that up and focus more on my targets, committing to them. I strayed away from it, kind of got pin greedy middle of the ground and if I can do that, I definitely have a shot. I think I can get a low one tomorrow.

Q. You are missing the cold?

PATRICK JUNG: I have not experienced it yet but I'm sure I won't have to in a few weeks.
