Q. 5-under, 66. Nice round. If I can get some comments.
BRANDON WU: Yeah, I think today was a little more challenging with the weather. Especially on MPCC where some of the holes are a little bit more exposed. But, yeah, I think I just tried to hit some good shots. I made a lot of those five footers, which I think was key today. Because you can hit a nice lag putt, but it would roll out to about five feet. So it was really key to keep the momentum making those putts and some short birdie putts as well.
But really happy with how I played these first two days and looking forward to Saturday.
Q. How important is patience on a day like today?
BRANDON WU: Yeah, for sure. We were delayed from the start. But I really enjoy a week like this when I'm playing with a couple of amateurs. I have a great partner. So it's fun spending time out there with them just enjoying the beautiful views.
Q. Heading to Pebble tomorrow we got some weather over there as well. Just talk a little bit about playing that course and heading into the weekend.
BRANDON WU: I think most of the times I've played Pebble it's been perfect out. So it will be kind of interesting to play in some weather. But it's my favorite course in the world, so I'm just grateful to be able to play and looking forward to it.
