Q. How would you assess the restart this morning for you?
VIKTOR HOVLAND: Yeah, I mean it was nice to get back out there. Then already on the first hole, my 10th, it started pouring rain. So that was a little annoying. We kind of sat there for awhile just in the middle of the fairway. It was a lot of waiting today. Yeah, I'm glad we were able to go back out there.
Q. How would you assess your play this morning?
VIKTOR HOVLAND: I didn't hit it as good as I have the other kind of rounds. Missed a few shots here and there. But I was still able to make a few nice birdies. Slightly annoyed by the 3-putt on 17. A couple bad iron shots. But happy to at least have a shot.
Q. You recovered nicely on 18.
VIKTOR HOVLAND: Yeah, that was a sweet shot. Needed that one.
Q. When you had so much success on this course does that give you confidence going into the final round or is it something completely different?
VIKTOR HOVLAND: I think it always helps that you've performed somewhere before. But it doesn't mean that you're going to play well the next time. You have a reference of what you've done in the past and what has worked, but you still got to go out there and hit the shot. That tee shot on 18, for example. That's a tough one. Doesn't matter how many times you've striped it down the middle, you still got to go and do it again.
Q. How will you reset before your final round tee time?
VIKTOR HOVLAND: Just get some food and relax. I might hit a couple balls. But that's about it.
Q. I know you guys have done things like this before, you've had to restart. But to play a little bit today and come back tomorrow, what is the approach and some of the challenges that come with that?
VIKTOR HOVLAND: Yeah, it's a little tough. Especially when today was very slow. It was only Denny and I in the group. We had to wait on every single shot. It's hard to get into a rhythm. It feels like you always have to play stop and go. It's hard to get into a rhythm. But at the same time you just got to be patient and just execute.
