ANDREW PUTNAM: Yeah, I got off to a good start, couple under through my first few holes, a little chilly this morning so it warmed up nice and it was an incredible day out there, one of the best I've seen. And played great, I didn't really miss many greens, maybe missed two greens, which is pretty key out here. And put the ball in the right spots and, yeah, overall great day.
Q. Just talk about the golf course here and how the conditions were today.
ANDREW PUTNAM: I mean this course is incredible. I feel like you could sleep on the fairways, they're like just perfect. The greens are rolling really quick. There's some spots you can get in that you can hit the ball four, five feet past the hole without thinking about it. So it can be a little bit tricky, but the weather and the conditions are the best I've ever seen.
Q. Just comment about this format and what it takes, how much patience it takes out there for some long days.
ANDREW PUTNAM: Yeah, I mean this and we just had Palm Springs, obviously, so you got to have patience and you got to -- it's a little bit harder to stay focused through the end of the round, I felt myself kind of teetering off a little bit. So that's kind of the main battle mentally is just staying in it.
