Press Conference

Q. I was wondering if you could just talk about taking that Summer League experience and how you've rolled it forward. What did you take from that and how have you used that in the months since then?

AARON WIGGINS: Yeah, just continuing to learn and kind of take from Summer League the things that we learned, the way the Thunder plays, the things that are really emphasized offensively, defensively as a teammate and everything, just kind of carry it on and took it into the last two months and just continued to work hard so that when the season comes around I'm prepared and I'm ready to go.

Q. You obviously started to see a little bit what things look like with these veterans now in the fold. Where does your skill set -- where do you feel like you're maybe most able to hang your hat or feel like you can make an impact with this roster?

AARON WIGGINS: Yeah, I feel like there's a lot of things I can bring to the table in terms of being able to make plays on the offensive end but then defensively I feel like that's one of the biggest things I can contribute to this team, helping our team be the best team that we can be. I think defense is going to be a huge thing, so that's one of the things I definitely think I can bring.

Q. How exciting is it to be a part of a franchise that is clearly open to playing young players, playing rookies and developing them?

AARON WIGGINS: Yeah, super excited. Development is a huge part of everyone's game, and coming in where I am, having the opportunity to be in such a great organization, knowing that I'm going to have the opportunity to develop, to get better and to play with a great group of guys, I'm super excited.

Q. There's been a few Thunder players who started on two-way deals and then got a standard contract, Lu being the latest one. Do you sort of know what to expect as a two-way player and what that's going to be like as far as going back and forth, and has anyone given you advice about that?

AARON WIGGINS: I've been given advice by a couple different people. Obviously hearing it versus going through it is going to be completely different. In terms of knowing what to expect, to a certain degree I have an idea, but I mean, I'm really excited to kind of just go through it, take advantage of the opportunity and make sure that I'm developing and I'm getting better.

Q. I know you have nothing to compare it to, but just wanted to get your thoughts; the Blue is going to be the only G-League team playing full-time in an NBA arena. You could be playing a G-League game and an NBA game fairly close together in the same spot. Have you given that any thought?

AARON WIGGINS: Yeah, I've given it thought. Just going to try and be prepared for everything that I have and every opportunity I get.
