Q. Bogey-free 65. Excellent round. if we could get some comments on the day, please.
BRIAN HARMAN: Yeah, I love playing golf in Texas, man. I love this weather. I like it hot. I like the course a lot. Course is in great shape. It's holding up pretty good for itself. It's not a bomb and gouge, you can really overpower it. The greens are soft and the scores are still, there's nothing crazy out there. 5-under is still a really good round of golf.
Q. Your 14th time here, what have you learned about this golf course playing it over the years?
BRIAN HARMAN: That it can change quick. On a day like today you better get it, because when that wind flips and it starts blowing a little bit, there's some of these golf holes that damn near get impossible.
Q. How nice is it playing in a group when all three of you have it going?
BRIAN HARMAN: Yeah, you would rather guys playing well than playing poorly. Those two guys played great. I was glad to keep up with 'em.
Q. 73rd in the FedExCup, talk a little bit about your season up to this point and what your expectations are going forward.
BRIAN HARMAN: Yeah, it's been pretty disappointing, really. I played some of my best golf at times, shot some really low scores, just have not had a complete golf tournament. I haven't had any really good finishes. I had good rounds at Augusta, good rounds at THE PLAYERS, but just not great golf. I've been thinking about it a lot, been trying to improve the most I can, and try to finish a golf tournament off somewhere.
Q. Having said that, is this one of those tournaments because it's a course that you love that you really sort of have been looking forward to?
BRIAN HARMAN: Yeah, you never know what it's going to, when something is going to pop. You just got to stay positive and optimistic. Because I have been playing, I've been playing some good golf, but the days that are average to bad are just too bad.
