Q. Garrick, nice finish to your round. Kind of talk through the day and how it felt to finish nicely there.
GARRICK HIGGO: Yeah, it was nice. I scrambled pretty well. Made quite a few long par putts. Yeah, it was good.
Not many rounds that I get the most out of it, but I feel like that was a good score considering how I played.
Q. Does it feel almost better in a way to kind of grind something out than if you feel like you left a bunch out there and shot the same score?
GARRICK HIGGO: In a way it does, but sometimes -- obviously, I'm going to go to the range now and hit a few balls. Yeah, sometimes it is nice to know you're hitting it well. The putts just need to drop. Now, I know I'm putting well, so I just need to hit it a bit closer.
Q. What was your favorite kind of shot or moment of the day?
GARRICK HIGGO: There were quite a few good saves, but I guess the second shot on 17 was nice. I hit it to about 6-feet, so that was good.
Q. How did you spend last week?
GARRICK HIGGO: Last week I was in Sea Island just practicing. Did a lot of FaceTime sessions with my coach back home. But, yeah, just a bit of practice. Not much.
Q. Are you spending more time in Sea Island?
GARRICK HIGGO: Yeah, I'm renting a place there, so that's kind of my base when I'm over here, yeah.
Q. Who do you like to practice with? Do you see any of the guys around?
GARRICK HIGGO: Patton, Poston, Harris. Whoever is there that week. They're all good dudes.
