Q. I know a disappointing finish, but still a good day, 67. If we can get some comments on the final round.
MARK HUBBARD: Yeah, I mean, weird day, weird week. A ton of positives, ton of sloppy negatives. I mean, from the opening hole. I bogeyed 10 to start the week and birdied 11 and just it was kind of like that the whole way, just back and forth.
I'm obviously very annoyed and bummed about the last two holes, but also that's as good as I've maybe ever played out here to get myself in a position to have those two holes.
A lot of mixed emotions. It's going to take a couple days to kind of figure out what to take away from this week.
Q. Take us through those two holes, and also were you watching the scoreboard at that time?
MARK HUBBARD: The last scoreboard I looked at was on 15 once I got to my ball behind the green because that scoreboard kind of faces where I could see.
I wish I had been able to see a scoreboard from where I was on 18 to see that Ben had gotten back to 20 because at that point I was at 18. I'm thinking, okay, like I need a birdie to get to 19, but like I would have probably hit 3-wood -- like I was kind of going back and forth between 3-wood and 4-iron for that shot from the pine straw, and obviously we're out here trying to win, so I think I would have hit 3-wood on that shot if I had been able to see a scoreboard.
Q. After Napa, top-20 finish there and now a good finish here, you're making some good headway in the fall, currently projected inside the top 60, which is what everybody wants. Talk a little bit about the first two weeks of the fall.
MARK HUBBARD: Yeah, it's a weird -- I don't know, I've never been in this position before where I'm not fighting for my job. It's going to be my eighth season out here, and every single one I'm just fighting for my kids' college and just to be able to pay my mortgage and stuff.
It's kind of nice to be able to play some events, see how the other side lives, and just kind of go out and try and win every week rather than grinding.
Yeah, I definitely think this is a positive week, but I got tickets to the F1 race in Vegas, which is during Sea Island, so I need to lock up that 60 kind of early so I don't have to go to that one. I could have used a couple less bogeys on those last two holes today for that.
