Q. Great round today, 4-under. Just your thoughts on the day?
XANDER SCHAUFFELE: Yeah, just knocked two eagles in there, both in different fashion. Yeah, you definitely want to shoot a little bit lower than 4-under when you make two eagles in a day. It's okay, a little deflating there with the finish, but overall it was definitely better, which is a good sign moving forward.
Q. You mentioned the two eagles. Seems like you played that hole about as perfectly as you can. Walk me through what you were thinking.
XANDER SCHAUFFELE: Yeah, the greens were just soft, so wind was into left to right, had to kind of hook it around the tree, just hit a perfect hybrid, ended up roughly 250 yards and was able to sort of turn it over nicely coming across, and you saw how soft the greens were with how well it received that sort of hooking hybrid.
Like I said, I think the course is playing really fair and if you're aggressive with your shots coming into the greens, you can be rewarded.
Q. Between now and Augusta what does your schedule look like? Obviously your body is feeling back to 100 percent for the first time in a while.
XANDER SCHAUFFELE: Yeah, just need to clean some stuff up. This week was a little sloppy. This whole year has been a little weird. Wasn't too long ago since I had a WD which is unfortunately. Putting that into perspective, I guess I need to stay a little more patient. I want to be in the hunt. That's why I like to play and what's really fun, and just haven't been able to do it. Just been sort of hovering around not playing really good golf. Definitely want to be back in the hunt.
