Quick Quotes

Q. Obviously it's been an, I'm assuming, a long time since you've played this course. When it's that long are there many differences and secondly, do you have to refamiliarize yourself?

LUCAS GLOVER: Which was the first time I played the new way. I once in the two WGCs there were hear. So this week was my first time seeing it this way. So not a lot of memories because all I played it was the old Doral or the old Blue Monster. But all the holes were in the same place, just very different.

Q. In fairness none of us know what's going to end up happening with the LIV guys, but given the news today do you think paths exist for those who might want to come back at this point to come back, would you welcome that?

LUCAS GLOVER: Yeah.

Q. How are you processing all this?

LUCAS GLOVER: There's always been pathways back with penalty, so yeah, sure. I mean, it can be done, as we have seen. It's already happened a couple times. So I'm sure the tour is working diligently to figure all that out. I'm snot privy to those phone calls. But, yeah, I mean there's been pathways, so.

Q. Players have rightfully there's all kind of opinions which is good. From just let 'em back in to we need to, their need to be some kind of sanctions, some kind of penalties like we're seeing with Brooks and even Patrick. Where do you stand on those?

LUCAS GLOVER: Well, first of all, it's not up to me. Second of all, whatever the TOUR decides is whatever they decide. I'll support that. Like I said, there's been pathways back, there still are, I don't know if they will change. I don't know. I think we're very much in the infancy of all this and just yeah, I'm not privy to that information at this point.

Q. When they're back you guys have seen them, they have been in events that some guys have seen.

LUCAS GLOVER: Sure.

Q. So I'm assuming it will just be business as usual if any more, when others return for peers?

LUCAS GLOVER: Yeah, I mean, human beings are human beings. I kind of live by that, you treat everybody the same until they give you a reason not to. So, yeah, I have respect for people and golfers because they're people first and my peers second. I will never begrudge anybody for making a decision for the betterment of their career, their life, whatever that may be. But do I think they should abide by the pathways back and pay the same penalties that the previous people have paid, absolutely.

Q. Will you not have a say being on the board and all that or isn't that going to be a board decision?

LUCAS GLOVER: Yeah, I don't know. I don't know how that, I don't know -- for instance, when the whole Brooks thing came down I don't know if that was a player decision, if they were -- I don't know. Again, I'm very new to this side of it too. If the news is absolutely true and they don't continue or guys start trying to jump back, they're going to have to make that decision a lot quicker than I'm going to be on there.

Q. You don't start until January.

LUCAS GLOVER: Correct. Which is why I'm in the privy to all this information.
