Q. Talk about your title run in Madrid and how it feels to be back in Rome.
ARYNA SABALENKA: Well, of course I'm really happy with the title in Madrid. It feels amazing. Yeah, first clay court title, it's awesome and I'm really happy with this one.
I'm really happy to be back in Rome. I like this tournament. It's so beautiful here, and great food (smiling). Amazing courts. Amazing atmosphere here. Yeah, I'm really happy to be here.
Q. What have your last 24 hours been like?
ARYNA SABALENKA: Yeah, I arrive here in Rome in the morning. Spend a little bit of time outside, enjoy the beautiful city. Then came back in the bubble life. Did my test. Yeah, was waiting for the result.
Yeah, here I am in the morning, getting ready for another practice. Yeah.
Q. We are about midway through the clay season. You have had two really great results in a row. How do you feel this sets you up moving forward and going into Roland Garros?
ARYNA SABALENKA: Well, this is a great start of the clay court season. Yeah, this is amazing. I just want to keep going and keep improving and keep winning. Yeah, I will do everything I can to keep playing my best.
Q. Coming out of Madrid, do you have any expectations for yourself here in Rome?
ARYNA SABALENKA: I just expect the great level, and I expect that I'll be there 100%. I will play my best and I'll keep moving forward.
