THE MODERATOR: Chinese questions.
Q. The atmosphere was good. They were cheering for you. Talk about playing on the home court. Many breakthroughs for you this year. What was the biggest improvement this year? How did you make the improvements? Any advice to the new players, up-and-coming players?
WANG XINYU: These two matches, are you asking these two matches? The singles and doubles matches, really good atmosphere. First win in the China Open. Very happy about that. Look forward to seeing more crowds coming here.
To answer the second question, I am steadily improving myself. I am learning a lot to deepen my understanding of tennis.
The most important advice I can give to young players is to maintain your passion for tennis, to keep learning because it is a long career. There are many aspects for improvement.
Q. What would you focus on in singles and doubles?
WANG XINYU: The most important thing is my health because there are still several tournaments in China. The most important thing is taking care of my body.
The second thing is the balance between singles and doubles.
Q. Any plans of playing with Su-Wei? What is your biggest goal in the China season?
WANG XINYU: No, not any plans. I feel that it's been several years since we came back. I would like to have a better balance between ambitions and pressure.
My biggest goal is to enjoy every match in China.
Q. Can you talk more about your team. I think Saisai has been providing a lot of help. Any adjustment as well as plans for your team?
WANG XINYU: In my team everyone is very active. It is very important. They are positive. They have a direct impact on me. They provide a lot of positive advice for me to digest, which I'm learning to integrate the advice in my own play. This is a very important aspect for improvement.
