THE MODERATOR: Questions, please.

Q. Your thoughts on the curfew and the fans having to leave, how difficult that was to deal with?

MATTEO BERRETTINI: I mean, I'm not going to -- I'll say the truth. I think it's a shame. It's something that I didn't like. But it's bigger than us, I guess, so... It's not that you can do something about it. You have to adjust.

Hopefully this COVID and these bad situations are going to end soon. It's not the worst thing that happened in the last year. It's just tougher.

I was feeling the momentum. I was playing good. Stopping wasn't the best thing I think for my tennis, but I had to take it. Also physically I think didn't help me. I got back on court and I wasn't feeling great.

But again, tennis player always say they has to adjust to everything. Next time I'm going to try to be better.

Q. You are the first Italian tennis player to reach the round of 16 in all Grand Slams, and the only top 10 now. What do you feel about it?

MATTEO BERRETTINI: I feel that I'm really proud of myself, really proud of my team, what we achieved. I'm really happy, but at the same time I don't want to stop here. I'm still young. This is my second quarterfinals in a slam. I don't want to stop here.

It's great. It's great because especially if I think from where I started when I was young, all I've done, all the injuries, all the tough moments, but at the same time this sport, it brings you to want -- I mean, I want it more. I want to play in semifinal.

I want to play also now there is Wimbledon, I want to do a great tournament in Wimbledon. I know it's not going to be easy, but that's my mentality right now.
