Q. I know you're close friends with Bublik, so what was the dynamic there and what were you guys chatting about at the net?
MIOMIR KECMANOVIC: Yeah, we're pretty good friends. It was difficult to stay focused, especially towards the end, you know, when he kind of started to have a little bit of fun.
But I know that he's like that and you expect that, but, yeah, off the court we have really awesome time together and at the net, you know, we always have a good chat and hopefully I avoid him on grass.
Q. You've been building up some great results on clay this season. Just in general what's working so well for you?
MIOMIR KECMANOVIC: Pretty much everything. Everything that last year didn't, this year is starting to show. So I'm happy that I'm able to do better results this year, play better tennis, go deeper in these bigger tournaments.
Q. And with Medvedev next what do you expect there but also what can you bring to trouble him?
MIOMIR KECMANOVIC: I mean, it's definitely not going to be easy. He's playing good, but of course it's not his favorite surface, he doesn't feel the most comfortable here, so if I want to play him I think it's definitely better to play him on clay than somewhere else, so I'll try to play the best that I can and we'll see what happens.
Q. You get asked a lot about the relationship with Nalbandian but I just wondered what your specific training and his messages are for you just on clay on the build-up for Roland Garros?
MIOMIR KECMANOVIC: I mean, we've been working a lot of different patterns on clay and just to have a lot more patience on the court, but he understands my feeling very well because he also is not very happy on clay, so we're quite similar there. So, you know, we have a good understanding when we're on this surface.
Q. You had that great match with Alcaraz in Miami, Nadal in Madrid, you must feel like you're kind of building to these top-10 wins.
MIOMIR KECMANOVIC: Yeah, you know, I had two this year and I had some close ones with Rafa on clay, with Carlos, with Diego in Rome, so all those matches, Novak, of course, in Belgrade, there's a lot of matches against top guys that I'm a lot more closer than before, so that's a good sign.
Q. This season in general has been brilliant for you, I wondered if there was anything that you've been doing different or that you've given you a boost outside the court that's prompted this kind of results?
MIOMIR KECMANOVIC: I've just been practicing a lot more, a lot better and a lot smarter I think than before and, yeah, all those things are just starting to come together.
