Q. This has been quite a big week for you so far. You've played in a few professional events as an amateur. Fair to say this is the biggest?
ADAM BRESNU: Definitely I played a few Asian Tour, and Rolex Series, even bigger. It's great to be here and make the cut. It's like a dream. When I was a kid, I was looking at Adam Scott when he won the Masters. I was looking at that and now I just played with him. It was really nice.
Q. I saw you playing a practice round with Jon Rahm, also a major winner and Tyrrell Hatton, and Adam gave you some words of advice as you?
ADAM BRESNU: Yeah, I played a practice round with Jon Rahm. It was nice, I remember I was looking in the practice round, and I was like, all right, who is playing. I saw the last tee times, Jon Rahm and I was like, oh, I'm going to play with him. He's a nice guy. He gave me a few tips and same with Adam Scott. I think I have the potential. All I need now is just confidence, learn, and what they did, Adam Scott and Jon Rahm, they did it, they gave it to me. So now I think it's only a question of practise and time.
Q. Are we allowed to ask you what Adam said after you walked off 18 or is that for the two of you?
ADAM BRESNU: Well, he said, "Keep it up, Man. You played well. You have a place here. Just practise and you'll be here."
Q. You're now playing collegiate golf at Texas Tech. What do you say to your teammates?
ADAM BRESNU: I'm not at Texas Tech yet. I went to junior college. I think they are happy for me. I mean, hope so. If not, I'll be mad. For sure I want to come back but I love Dubai. I like this place. It's safe here. It's pretty awesome.
Q. Every amateur golfer, especially the aspiring professional ones, will be very curious in their life how their golf game stacks up against some of the best in the world. You've got that opportunity. You must take a lot of comfort in how you've played so far this week.
ADAM BRESNU: Definitely. As I say, I have the potential. Now I will finish college and after I finish college, I know I will be on tour for sure. Which one, I don't know yet. DP World Tour would be nice. Yeah, it's really nice to be here.
Q. You're the first Arab-born golfer to make a cut at a Rolex Series Event. I don't know if you're aware you made history this week.
ADAM BRESNU: Yeah, that was one of my goal. I just wanted to make history. I made it a month ago in Saudi Arabia when I finished sixth in the PIF Saudi international. Making the cut here is a big thing. Yesterday I had so many calls. I was like, please leave me alone, I want to sleep. But that was nice, and it's nice -- my goal is just to show the world that Arab players, we have the potential and we have the talent. Now it's only a question of time. I'm sure you'll have kids playing on the tour for sure. I'm really happy what I did, and also for the next generation.
