Q. A round of 68 for a total of 13-under. What's pleased you most about your play this week so far?
ALEX NOREN: My driving has been a lot better than recently. Just trying to, you know, really focus because this course, you need good driving. Even if you don't hit all the fairways, you need to be far up there, carry the bunkers. If you're just trying to hit fairways, trying to squeeze them out at 300 with the roll is not going to work here. So I just hit a lot of high draws on the range and then trying to like -- that makes my normal sort of little bit of fade go a little higher, a little longer, a little less spin, so it's worked well, yeah?
Q. Right in contention for tomorrow. Couple of second places this year but you haven't won for four years. How excited about the opportunity you've got tomorrow to win a marquis event on the Tour?
ALEX NOREN: Yeah, and my game plan is to hit the shots I know is needed to play with these guys, and that's what I'm trying to do. It's definitely where I want to be, and a win would be huge. So I'm going to give my all, yeah.
Q. Talk us through today.
ALEX NOREN: Yeah, good overall. Had a good front nine. I thought I played pretty decent on the back. Maybe not as good with the driver as on the front. It's a little tricky around the greens or in the rough, a couple of bogeys. But you know, you don't -- you can't afford those around here against these guys. Overall I'm happy.
Q. Your ball-striking today, your second and third shots into par 5s today, really brilliant. Are you happy with that side of the game, too?
ALEX NOREN: Yeah, I worked some on the wedges and the irons from yesterday that weren't so good yesterday. Around here, I focus so much on the driving, because you need a good driver around here. And the wedges suffered a little bit but today they were a lot better and it opens up for birdies.
You've got to put two, three metres or whatever, six, nine feet; it makes the whole game so much easier.
Q. Tomorrow, big day, big chance to end the barren spell without that win, four years I think it is?
ALEX NOREN: Thanks for reminding me.
Q. What will the mindset be going out tomorrow, you look at the names on the leaderboard, the top leading players of European golf, but this is why we play the game, isn't it?
ALEX NOREN: I mean, I look at those guys and see what they do better than me and then I try to improve, and so I'm really happy to be in this position. I'm going to give it my all.
