Q. Clearly not at your brilliant best yesterday with a 70. How much better were things today with a 67?
TYRRELL HATTON: A little better. I'm just struggling off the tee to be honest. Usually I hit a fade and for some reason, my start line is all a little left but I'm just hitting a draw with it which is not good. So my misses have been quite big off the tee. I've been quite lucky where I've ended up that I've still had a shot.
I gave myself a few more opportunities today. Irons were overall pretty solid. Inside ten feet I was pretty good. Yeah, I need to drive the ball better this weekend.
Q. How did the golf course play today compared to yesterday?
TYRRELL HATTON: Well, my tee time was 2 1/2 hours earlier today. So the start of round, there was less wind, and it picks up as the day goes here. It always gets a bit breezy in the afternoons. You could start to feel it over the last few holes. Earlier starters generally have it a little bit easier just because of the wind. Hopefully now I'm done, hopefully it can pick up a bit for the guys that are out there.
Q. You came in this week as one of only three people who could mathematically win The Race to Dubai. Did you know what you needed to do and what you needed the others to do to give you a chance?
TYRRELL HATTON: I haven't taken much notice of it to be honest until I think someone showed me on their Instagram or whatever. I know that I need to win. So you start every tournament week trying to win the tournament. It's kind of no different. I know I need results to go my way if that was to happen. I'm not really thinking about it too much. Just trying to play better.
