Quick Quotes

Q. So bogey-free 65 today. Everything seemed to turn for you around the turn today.

MARCEL SCHNEIDER: Yeah, obviously it was a really good round. I can't remember any mistake, to be honest. So I putted well, I drove the ball well, my irons have been quite sharp.

So, yeah, overall a great round.

Q. It feels like, looking at your season, since Belgium, everything has turned in your favor.

MARCEL SCHNEIDER: It's clicking.

Q. Yeah, it's clicking. You've got some momentum going.

MARCEL SCHNEIDER: That's for sure. Yeah, I mean, the start was quite hard, to be honest. I would start thinking what have I done wrong in the winter. But right now I feel like everything is clicking and I'm just on a good wave. And I hope that it's a big wave, yeah.

Q. How does Mount Juliet suit your eye? Obviously, a bit of a different course this week?

MARCEL SCHNEIDER: Yeah, well, I expected for the prize fund that it is, I expected a tougher course. I can see some quite low numbers coming this weekend. Soft greens. It's not too long. I'm expecting low, yeah, low scores.

Q. Find yourself in contention after 36 holes, what's the mindset going into the weekend?

MARCEL SCHNEIDER: Like I said always, I'm just focused shot by shot, and at the end I'm going to see what comes out, yeah.
