Q. Great to see you, fond memories and warm welcome here at The K Club. What do you remember of last year?
TODD CLEMENTS: Yeah, nice to be back. Obviously surrounds are great. Like obviously from what I remember from last year, it was a great event, probably the highlight of my year last year and hopefully I'll make it again this year.
Q. Six shots you won it by last year, and you had two Irish guys chasing you down. What do you remember most of that Sunday?
TODD CLEMENTS: Just stuck to my job, really. I knew that only went out a reasonable amount ahead and I knew if I did my job that day it was going to be tough to catch me and thankfully it did. Yeah, came out on top.
Q. A rookie on his first year on the DP World Tour asks a lot of questions of themselves. There's always that niggling little voice in the back of your mind, if you feel you belong and can you compete. You answered that question for yourself a couple of weeks ago. What's that done for your confidence?
TODD CLEMENTS: Yeah, hugely. After the break at The Open, I spent a lot of time working hard on my team and I felt -- I always believed I could compete at this level and the time I put in obviously paid off. Yeah, confidence is high and looking forward to getting stuck in this week.
Q. What do you make of the course this week?
TODD CLEMENTS: Obviously conditions a little tougher from last year. Rough is up. Firmer and faster greens. Yeah, I think it's going to play a different challenge. Driving is a premium. They are my favorite points of the week and see how we fair up.
Q. Obviously you have people like Rory in the field which is going to contribute to the set owl crowds we'll have this week, but these must be the kind of weeks you dream about?
TODD CLEMENTS: Yeah, arrived this morning, and obviously grew up planning to play in these events, and I'm looking forward to the week. Rory and a strong field this week, and I think there's a lot to play for. So yeah, hopefully a strong end to the continue and see where we fare.
