Quick Quotes

Q. 67 to start here at the Horizon Irish Open, bogey-free?

JULIEN BRUN: Yeah, very pleased with that. It was good. It's pretty warm so the ball is flying a very long way and no wind at all, so it was gettable today.

Q. Wind was down but it's a tighter course, brought the fairways in a little bit and the rough is high and there's a real premium to driving and keeping the ball in play around here?

JULIEN BRUN: Yeah, if you're in the rough, I started the first four holes, I was in the rough all the time and I found it very difficult, as I managed to make pars, and then I hit more fairways. From the fairways, you can be more aggressive and the greens are perfect. Hit the ball in play and go from there.

Q. What part of your game is rolling well and keeping you in contention?

JULIEN BRUN: It's pretty steady overall. Everything is getting good. I'm driving the ball a bit better, so from there I can use my iron play which is always strong for me and I've been putting well, so just got to keep going.
