Q. Give us a feel for how things are shaping up on team GB&I. What's Captain Rose been up to so far?
TYRRELL HATTON: He's trying to build a bit of team spirit and culture for us to try and follow this week. Yeah, it's been a good start to the week. Been enjoying everyone's company and looking forward to getting started tomorrow.
Q. Obviously half an eye on the Ryder Cup and you're massively keen to be there, we know that. How are you going to stake your claim to be on that team?
TYRRELL HATTON: Well, my opportunities are more limited than others, obviously. Desert Classic next week and the four majors. Going to have to play some very good golf in those five events to be an automatic qualifier.
But yeah, I mean, I'm going to try my best. And we'll see how it plays out. But yes, I would love to be on that team in September.
Q. Is this week an opportunity to show Luke Donald what you've got? He knows, obviously, but how much it means to you to come and play?
TYRRELL HATTON: Yeah, I guess so. Me playing this week, it shows a commitment to that and a commitment to the DP World Tour, which I was pretty keen to show. I think I also showed that at the back end of last year.
Yeah, I love playing on the DP World Tour, and I'm happy to be here this week. It would be nice to help GB&I get some revenge for two years ago.
Q. Looks like you're having fun in the team room and you came very close to the 180 on the dart board. Were you channelling your inner Luke Littler?
TYRRELL HATTON: I think Luke the Nuke has inspired a lot of people to start throwing some darts. Yeah, I absolutely gassed the last one, didn't I. It was tragic. I was disappointed with that for sure.
