Q. Just one bogey in 36 holes around this course, that's not bad going.
PAUL WARING: No, it's not, and I don't know how long that will continue for, obviously knowing this place.
Obviously I've controlled my balls quite well so far, and obviously playing nicely and hopefully I can just keep going and adding a few more birdies as we go.
Q. After conditions on Wednesday, it's amazing we're out there and in those conditions at the moment?
PAUL WARING: Hats off to the greens staff and Tour officials. I was first out on Thursday morning, arrived, had a bit of breakfast and I was thinking, there's no chance we're going out on Saturday. But you know, turns out they did a great job and got us out there playing.
Q. What's been the best aspect of your game this week?
PAUL WARING: It's all been really solid. I've been playing solid for a ail while. I know I had a bit of a funny week the other week in Madrid but the rest of my golf game has been really solid. Lots of greens in regulation. Hitting it good off the tee. Said it a million times but hitting a lot of solid golf shots and not making too many mistakes.
Q. How pleasing is it seeing that finally reflected in your score, as well?
PAUL WARING: Yeah, as I say, I feel like I've been playing well for a while. Been playing well all season. Just try and have the ability to turn the top 20s into top 10s, those Top 10s into Top 5s, give myself a chance of winning.
So you know, I've been on a bit of a short-game project, as well, trying to improve that. So that's obviously great for me, only one dropped shot this week kind of shows that I've moved forward a little bit with my short game as well.
