Q. 5-under par, two off the lead, how are you feeling?
DAN BRADBURY: Feeling pretty good, yeah. Come off a strong round last week at Carnoustie. Missed the cut but a lot of positive, and I managed to take them out into this week and played solid.
Left a few out there yesterday. Probably could have been a couple better today but overall just very happy.
Q. Talk me through your eagle.
DAN BRADBURY: Yes, just a solid drive. Pushing a 3-iron, 260 pin but 3-wood was going to go long so hit a 3-iron as hard as I could to 45 feet and holed it in. Easy.
Q. A really good round at Carnoustie; how helpful is that coming to a course like this where you know it's a monster?
DAN BRADBURY: You can't sleep on any holes. There's obviously lots of chances out here. You've seen that with the scoring. There's lots of chances to mess up. You hit one bad shot, and it's costing you two out here with all the water out-of-bounds. It's a proper golf course. You've got to really, really concentrate.
So yeah, and obviously Carnoustie is the same. So like you say, it was nice coming off the back of that knowing that I put a solid round together, and try to do the same here.
Q. And nice way to finish?
DAN BRADBURY: Yeah, there was a couple of shaky ones coming in the back nine. I didn't play as good, to be honest. Missed a couple of chances and then yeah, nice to finish with that one.
