Q. Did you notice any difference in the complexity of Oakmont from 2016 to today?
KEEGAN BRADLEY: I think the rough is a little tougher. Yeah, it's definitely longer. It's just a really tough test.
Q. It seems like that's the consensus of everyone. I want to ask you about the USGA officials who say that the idea of making players play 15 clubs, the 14 in their bag, and this is a quote, the one between their ears, do you think that's happening here?
KEEGAN BRADLEY: I think that the USGA can say all they want, but we're professional golfers. This is what we do for a living. I don't agree with that. I think that we go out here every day and try to be professionals, and we know when it comes to a major, whether it's a U.S. Open, British Open, Masters, PGA, that we have to be on top of our game mentally. The USGA is not doing that, we're doing that.
Q. Sam Burns had a historic round today which has put him in a lead position. Do you think a 65 is possible this weekend?
KEEGAN BRADLEY: If it rains maybe, but I was so glad to see Sam Burns up there. He's such a great player, and he's been trending. Every time I play with him, he seems to have a U.S. Open mentality. I was watching him this morning, and I just kept saying, it looks like he's up for the challenge today, and he was.
