Q. How do you feel about how you played out there and grinded and got a couple holes at the end?
BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, you know, it was playing really tough there in the middle stretch, so it was nice to, like you said, kind of grind it out.
To pin with two birdies the last three holes was definitely the finish I was looking for, so it was to nice to capitalize on a couple opportunities.
Q. What was the most difficult thing about the course out there today?
BROOKE HENDERSON: I mean, the weather conditions honestly. It's not terrible, but it got really cold on the back nine. The wind was a little bit tough to judge.
And then the last few holes I had trouble seeing the pin. It was kind of getting dark. Just a mixture of things.
Overall just an amazing course, and a lot of fun to have the opportunity to play.
Q. How do you feel being out here and having the women's U.S. Open at this course?
BROOKE HENDERSON: It's really cool. I'm super excited for all us girls for the opportunity to play this week. I think it's just a start of the good things for the Tour.
