AYAKA FURUE: Well, I was able to stay calm, cool, and collected today. I did a lot of the birdie work better than yesterday, therefore, for the par save especially I was conscious of that.
So all told, today was better than yesterday.
Q. How did the course play?
AYAKA FURUE: The conditions the course and how it felt, that's what you're asking?
Q. Yeah.
AYAKA FURUE: Well, considering that I was with the starting group it was rather windy this morning so there were certain patch thanks I had difficulty with.
Q. And today versus yesterday?
AYAKA FURUE: Well, you're asking about how it felt today as opposed to yesterday, what was different. I would say that of course it was windy today, but there were certain moments where maybe right after I had a stroke there would be a silence, lack of wind just temporarily, so that I felt today more than yesterday.

AYAKA FURUE: Tell you the truth I didn't watch a lot of television beforehand, which would've led me to understand how famous this place is.
So I wasn't too aware of it I must say. Having come here and having the experience I now understand what the hubbub is all about. I understand it totally, and that makes me really excited.
So it was a great experience for me. Of course there are certain parts that are very challenging.
Having said that, it was a great experience for me having played here for the first time in my life.

AYAKA FURUE: Well, I do plan to practice a little more. I want to relax. I want to prepare my power and strength for tomorrow so I can do well tomorrow as well. That's what I plan to do for the rest of the day.
