Q. Quarterfinals, how do you feel?
KAREN TSURU: This is my first U.S. Girls' Junior, so I'm really excited to have made it this far.
Q. And talk a little bit about the match today and then mostly about 18 here.
KAREN TSURU: The match went up and down. She was up by one, I was up by one, and then we tied. I hit a pretty good iron into the green on the last hole, and I almost made my birdie putt, but it didn't quite go in. I somehow lucked out.
Q. How were you able to play so well in a tight match under pressure?
KAREN TSURU: I just tried to keep hitting fairways and greens, and birdie chances would come up.
