Q. How you feeling right now after carrying the bag for a championship?
JACKSON BENGE: Feels good to get the win, but definitely a little tired. Feet are sore. Really happy for Trevor.
Yeah, just super happy to see him win. I knew he could do it. Yeah, just had it help him hit the shots I guess.
Q. Have you caddied for Trevor before quite a bit?
JACKSON BENGE: A little bit. Like kind of just like sometimes like after a round in a tournament if I'm Don I'll go help out, just carry the bag. Never for a big tournament like this or anything.
But I know Trevor and I know his game so I knew I could be a help for him, so yeah.
Q. How often did you guys play together throughout the year?
JACKSON BENGE: Gosh, throughout the year? I mean, in high school we played every day together. In the summer we play in tournaments a lot together, practice rounds, so we play a ton. Always really competitive and I think it helps us both.
Yeah, he's such a good player and I know it makes me better just being around him.
Q. What were the parts that you enjoyed most of today, the final round and being in front of a big crowd?
JACKSON BENGE: Yeah, I thought the crowd was really awesome. Never really been inside the ropes of like that kind of crowd, and just kind of being a small part of that was really cool. Just him having the opportunity to get it done today was really something special, so...
