Alex Noren

Q. Can you talk to us about today?

ALEX NOREN: Well, I played pretty good until 11, pretty steady. Well, up until 13, I mean. Then went bogey, triple bogey, and you can't do that here.

It's just some bad shots. Other than that, it was pretty good. And the form has been pretty good. I'm not too worried. I'm just going to fix the things I struggled with a little bit and have a good day tomorrow.

Q. Can you talk to us about the 14th hole?

ALEX NOREN: Yeah, I just hit it out of bounds on the right. Tried to squeeze a driver, a little fade in there to get as much towards the creek as I could. The creek that runs across the fairway, not the one on the right. Just did that, and then missed the green with a chip. Then you've got a triple bogey.

Q. Looking ahead to tomorrow, what do you feel like you need to do out there?

ALEX NOREN: Yeah, the course is not playing maybe as hard as it can. The wind is there, but the pin positions are tough. Even though you can hit it pretty close, like today I don't think it's that easy to make a lot of birdies.

I think to shoot a really low score here, you need to putt incredible and judge the wind and also be quite ballsy. You've got to get close to those pins because they put them on kind of -- well, what do you call it, ridges or small little hills and humps. It's very hard to hole out from, let's say, 20 feet, 25 feet. So you've got to get inside that.
