Q. Thanks so much for joining us, a fine 65 to finish here at the Open. Best round of the week. Do you feel like you've just really figured out Royal St George's today? Is that what it was?
XANDER SCHAUFFELE: I feel like it was probably the first day where I didn't play in much wind, to be completely honest. Early in the week depending on what wave you were in you kind of played in the most wind.
Yesterday starting off it was strange. It was windy early and kind of died down. It was nice to sort of get in on sort of a calmer property here, and I was happy to take advantage of it.
Q. Just a quick question about the conditions. From the start of the day to the end of the day, did you notice any difference in the wind direction or the firmness and speed of the greens and fairways?
XANDER SCHAUFFELE: It's starting to firm up. I think for me, probably the sunniest day, the warmest day, so I think the property is firming up nicely. The wind direction made some of those holes on the back a little bit easier and just wasn't a whole lot of wind.
I think the forecast for the leaders, too, won't be that crazy.
The pins are definitely a bit trickier. If you're in the fairway you can attack, but I think if you're not getting up-and-down to some of them are going to be a little bit harder.
Q. Overall how was your experience in the Open? How do you enjoy playing with the fans around?
XANDER SCHAUFFELE: Yeah, it was nice. It's always -- just proper fans. They know when to clap, when not to, give you a sigh, give you a hard time.
I really do enjoy playing over here, and I really enjoy playing links golf, so I look forward to coming back next year.
