Q. How did you see it out there?
RICHARD MANSELL: Yeah, you had to take advantage of the front nine, and my playing partner was unbelievable today. I didn't feel like I played that bad. Just when you kind of witness that, you're like -- it feels a lot worse than it was.
I was playing decent for six, seven holes and then got a bit unfortunate on 7, and then silly bogey on 9. That nine was really tough. It's days like this there's a good chance he's leading at the end of the day.
Yeah, it was just like you say, kind of got away with the weather yesterday and didn't today. That's it.
Q. Is it easier playing in the rain than it is in the wind?
RICHARD MANSELL: Rain is one thing. That's another. Yeah, in the end you're soaked. Like you say, you get some squirty shots off the face and then you go in the rough and it's 10 times thicker than it was the first couple of days.
Yeah, it's tough. It's just different. You've got to kind of be able to knock the putts in for par and get up-and-down on the back nine.
