Q. You're still smiling because that's a good round of golf this morning.
ATTHAYA THITIKUL: Well, I'll just be here, and it's so cold out there on the range. It's nearby the ocean. I was like, if I shot even par, that's enough for me.
Q. It was different weather, wasn't it, to what you maybe experienced in practice?
ATTHAYA THITIKUL: Yeah, I'm lucky I played last week, so the weather is similar to today. It's nice to be there last week and get the experience there.
Q. You had a good finish last week. Has that obviously helped you coming in here?
ATTHAYA THITIKUL: Yeah, I feel really good with my game last week, and then hopefully I'll be here and get more confidence and playing well this week.
Q. Lastly, those closing holes at Carnoustie, renowned as being tough holes. How was that challenge for you over the last few holes?
ATTHAYA THITIKUL: Last three holes so tough, and then I was just joking with my caddie that I played 16 as a par-4, and I made 17 and 18 as a par-5. I know it's tough. Then I'm trying to do my best out there and then finishing with bogey, par, bogey, it's not a bad one. It's not the worst, but I'll take it.
