Q. Solid round, 69. What was it like out there and how was your day and how was the wind?
INBEE PARK: It was very rainy this morning when I was warming up. Luckily the weather really ended up being really good. But it was quite windy on the back nine, so the back nine was playing quite tough. I was able to make some great up-and-downs on the back nine to shoot 2-under.
Q. You had three birdies on the day, one bogey, any particular stand-out moments today for you?
INBEE PARK: Ball-striking was really good on the front nine and I had a couple of missed shot on the back nine. My short game was really good today, especially the bunker shots, I was in a lot of bunkers and I was able to get up-and-down on most of them.
Q. You played alongside Hinako. Your thought on her round?
INBEE PARK: She played great today. She hit the shots she needed to hit and her putter was good. I think that will be probably the best round we'll see today.
Q. Overall, what are your thoughts here on Muirfield, being the first group of women to play here at a major and?
INBEE PARK: It is impressive. I love the golf course and I enjoy the week. It is a nice venue. Really, really enjoying it.
