Q. What worked?
MADELENE SAGSTRÖM: I putted very well I would say overall. We got all kinds of weather. We got the rain in the morning, and the wind started and then the sun came out. I was giving myself some chances but I thought it was quite tricky. I'm quite pleased. Then links golf hit me on 14 unfortunately. I had a double there.
But overall, 17 really solid holes. We carried the front number all day, which you can actually do that out here which is nice. You can use the front of the greens which is perfect. It's still playing quite firm I would say.
Q. Do you feel it will get harder as the day goes on?
MADELENE SAGSTRÖM: Probably. It all depends on the wind. The course needs wind in general, and if the wind stays like it is, it's going to be tricky.
Q. What do you enjoy about this process?
MADELENE SAGSTRÖM: Favourite part, it is so different. You have to be creative and you have to stay really patient. You can play really well and then something hits you and you fall down a few. It really demands every part of your game. It demands the whole brain. It demands everything out of it. This is probably the toughest, I would say, toughest part of the game, like toughest way to play golf.
