Q. Closing with bogey, you never like, but two birdies and one bogey, how do you feel you played today?
BROOKE HENDERSON: Just really steady. Lots of pars. Only would birdies which is not a lot but I only made one bogey so I kind of made up for it. I feel like I made a couple clutch par saves, especially on No. 9. Made about a 15-or-maybe-longer-footer just to save par on the par 5, so that was really clutch to keep the round going.
And then the back nine just made a lot of like 6-footers to kind of just keep the momentum going forward. Hopefully tomorrow just go out and make an early birdie and makeup for today.
But it's really tough out there, so I think if we can just play steady the rest of the week, it will be good.
Q. Beautiful, bright and sunny right now, but certainly windy all day and there was some rain this morning. Were you in the rain at all?
BROOKE HENDERSON: Just the warm up. I was so soaked after my warmup, but as really happy when the sun came out and definitely made a difference in the temperature, too. Very windy and the scores are showing that it's tough. More solid play tomorrow, and then hopefully the weekend.
Q. Your first round in Muirfield in competition; cool feeling?
BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, I really love this course. It's really special is that we're able to play here. Yeah, I enjoyed the first round and excited to play three more.
