Q. How did you find it today?
CHARLOTTE HEATH: It played a lot different to the other days. The wind definitely picked up a lot, so it was much harder clubbing, but some holes played easier, some holes played harder.
Q. How did you feel coming into today? Were you confident?
CHARLOTTE HEATH: I was pretty nervous because I knew the wind was going to get up but I knew it was playing the same for everyone, so it's just go and see what you can do.
Q. Do you know how the other amateurs are doing?
CHARLOTTE HEATH: I haven't seen what the amateurs are doing. I was just looking at the cut line.
Q. Did you have that in your mind coming?
CHARLOTTE HEATH: Yeah, I saw it on 14 I think. Yeah, it was like, okay, a few birdies.
Q. As things currently stand, you are the only amateur looking to make the cut.
CHARLOTTE HEATH: Yeah, that's been my goal for the week honestly, which is to make the cut. The best players in the world are here so I just want to try and compete as much with them as I can.
Q. Do you have the Smyth Salver on your mind as well?
CHARLOTTE HEATH: Maybe tomorrow if the board stays the same.
Q. Coming down 18, you were a little bit nervy but you hit one of your best shots --
CHARLOTTE HEATH: I hit my drive in the heather and thought I had enough club to cover the bunker but my club just got caught up, snagged, went in the bunker 50 yards away, and 50-yard bunker shots are pretty much my nightmare. I hit the best one I could to eight feet and holed the putt. Not the usual par but I will take it.
Q. How do you feel heading into the weekend?
CHARLOTTE HEATH: Just try and enjoy myself honestly. Go back to America on Monday and finish on a high.
Q. What time are you flying, early?
CHARLOTTE HEATH: Yeah, really early.
Q. But you're here for the weekend?
CHARLOTTE HEATH: Yeah, I hope so.
