Lois Kaye Go

Q. Can you just say your name and what country you're from?

LOIS KAYE GO: Lois Kaye Go from the Philippines.

Q. You've just played your first round at the Women's Amateur Asia-Pacific championship here in Singapore. Could you talk us through your round today?

LOIS KAYE GO: I played well. I think I had four birdies, two bogeys and a double on the last hole. I mean, overall, I'm really happy with how I played today. Just made a few mistakes here and there, but I did make a lot of good par saves, too, so I'm pretty content.

Q. What's your plan for tomorrow?

LOIS KAYE GO: Well, my goal this week was to really just commit to my swing changes and be really patient with it. I'm just going to keep doing that tomorrow and the rest of the week.

Q. You've played in four editions of this championship, I believe, and finished eighth in 2018 at Sentosa. Are you going to go better this year?

LOIS KAYE GO: I hope so. Like I said, I'm just going to try to stay patient and accept whatever comes, but really I feel like that's what's best for me, just working on my game and working on my swing.
