SARAH BRENTCHENEFF: I don't know because the match play is pretty hard. You play against someone, so yeah, it's pretty hard.
Q. You didn't have any birdies in round 1 yesterday, but you used them all today.
SARAH BRENTCHENEFF: Yeah, today I just made a bunch of putts. So it was really different. It was a good round, so I tried my best.
Q. You birdied your first three holes. Can you talk us through --
SARAH BRENTCHENEFF: I was on fire. I just want to destroy the course. I was pretty happy. It was a good start.
Q. Have you got a local caddie?
SARAH BRENTCHENEFF: No, I'm alone. I don't want a caddie.
Q. You just like -- is that an approach you often use?
SARAH BRENTCHENEFF: Yeah, I just want to be alone and trust in me.
Q. It's obviously working.
SARAH BRENTCHENEFF: Yeah, I think so.
Q. The French are doing very well so far. Are you all encouraging each other on?
SARAH BRENTCHENEFF: No, no. We just play good.
Q. A bit of healthy, friendly rivalry?
SARAH BRENTCHENEFF: Exactly. You got it.
Q. You won on the Ladies European Tour access series. How much of a confidence boost was that as an amateur to win in a professional tour?
SARAH BRENTCHENEFF: Yeah, it was really special because it was my first win in a professional event. Yeah, it was pretty cool for the future, I think.
Q. You also lost, was it the Portuguese Amateur -- do you feel a big win in the amateur game is coming?
SARAH BRENTCHENEFF: Yeah, I think so, maybe this week.
