Q. Minjee, solid start here. 4-under for the day. How would you assess your start to the week?
MINJEE LEE: Yeah, pretty solid day today. I was pretty steady all day, so nothing too crazy.
But hopefully I can take the momentum from today into the next few days.
Q. You've had nearly a dozen appearances here now at the CME Group Tour Championship. Sei Young Kim just said a moment ago that she feels like the course is playing longer this year than she's seen in the past. What do you make of the setup?
MINJEE LEE: Yeah, I think the first few holes I got a little bit of mud on the ball, so I don't think it's really rolling super fast yet.
But I think by the end of the day it was rolling out a little bit more, so it's definitely drying out with a little bit of wind and warm conditions.
So I think some of the tees are back as well, so just playing a little bit longer I think out there.
Q. We've seen some great consistency from you all season long, including two Top 10s in your last three starts. What's behind the steady play throughout this year?
MINJEE LEE: Yeah, I think definitely after KPMG I was able to gain a lot of confidence and then afterwards just take that momentum into the back half of the year.
So I think whenever I took a little bit of rest I was able to refresh and then reflect back and have a little refresher on my game, too.
I think just the gaps that I had, it worked well this year.
