Q. I'm here with Minjee and she's debating whether to go back in the shade for another ten seconds. The sun has been so brutal today. I feel like even worse than yesterday. Solid 67. Put yourself in a great spot for the weekend. How do you feel about the game today?
MINJEE LEE: Yeah, I mean, I had a pretty nice start. Four birdies on the front and then one birdie on the back. But I feel like I'm going pretty steady out there. I think for the most part it was pretty solid. Just going to try and clean up my shots a little bit and hope for a really great weekend.
Q. Yeah, felt like the putter was working pretty well. So what's the plan, game plan for after the round today and preparing for tomorrow?
MINJEE LEE: I mean, definitely recovery, but I'm going to go and hit some balls, see where I'm going wrong.
But it's not too far off, so hopefully I can just get a little bit tighter and, yeah, just go home, have a good meal, and put the feet up.
Q. I love that. Last question: This is the last tournament of the season. Season is so long... (indiscernible) all the energy to finish strong. Obviously this is a big tournament. You've had a great season. What would it mean to have a great finish here and maybe to win?
MINJEE LEE: Yeah, I mean, I'm pretty tired. Even just last week I had off and I was like already feels like the end of the season.
But, you know, I have two rounds to go and I'm just trying to put all my energy and all my focus into those two rounds.
So, you know, this is such a great event and to finish the year here, just to be able to make it to this event is such a good (indiscernible.)
So it is a great event, and I'm going to try to do my very best like I do every single week, week in, week out. Yeah, that's just the way it is for everyone. It's the end of the year. Yeah, you just got to put all your energy into it and hopefully have a great event.
