Q. Okay, here with Jeeno Thitikul after the third round the CME Group Tour Championship. Just an awesome round again today. What can you say about how you're playing right now?
JEENO THITIKUL: It's great. I mean, like everything that I have put in like since yesterday and today was great.
Had nothing, just like I said yesterday what I wish for I just hitting fairway, green, make putts. (Laughter.)
Q. And you seem to just be having so much fun out there too. When you're in the moment, making three, four birdies in a row, are you realizing what you're doing?
JEENO THITIKUL: No. I was just do -- I was just trying to do the same, like we had nothing to do. Just trying to go for the fairway, we trying to find the best that we can get near the pin, and then make the putt. Simple strategy.
Q. And are you looking at the leaderboard at all when you're out there?
JEENO THITIKUL: Today a little bit, a little bit. I just want to know are they all finish because I want to finish. That's pretty much it.
Q. And when you got done I asked you what are you eating, what are you doing to perform at such a high level. Can you just talk about the local tie you have to the Thai restaurant here?
JEENO THITIKUL: Yes, I do have one restaurant that own our dinner like every single day in CME, like every single years too. So the name of the restaurant is Sushi Thai Too, if I say it right. But I believe it is, but it's so many branch of it.
And then like the owner is Thai and he walk with me recently like every round that I play here in CME and then they're really nice. You're far away from home, to be able to eat the food that you would love it and then the food that you're used to just feel like home.
Q. I heard breakfast too even.
JEENO THITIKUL: Yeah, because we get to go. (Laughter.)
Q. I was going to ask about that as well. What's your you favorite dish at sushi Thai?
JEENO THITIKUL: I think should be noodles. Papaya salad. I haven't had it. Should be not good for your stomach so I will have it tomorrow night. I can't wait.
Q. Do you remember what you had last year after you won?
JEENO THITIKUL: Papaya salad. Like crying after I eat it. Like spicy, Thai spicy. Got real stuff though.
Q. And Pajaree gave some great words about knowing you and growing up as well. What can you say about her and her game and how long you've known her?
JEENO THITIKUL: Oh, I known her for such a long time. I think the first time that I met her it's in the tournament, like a junior tournament. Then we wearing exactly the same shirt and skirts, exactly same color, and that day we play together. That's the first time I get to know her in person.
And then I think it's me lucky to get to know her because she's really kind person in the world like I ever know. I just get the kindest thing from her.
So I mean, like she just such a hard worker. Like she working so hard and not just like on the tournament week but also off week, offseason. She work so hard and then she got so many passionates about golf. She just, you know, sometime I just really like my brain is burnout. I just stop practicing. She's like keep continue practicing. Even she just not in a good mood I guess.
So I just really respect her like passion to have for golf. I just grateful to be able to know her as a person and then as a bigger sister that's came here before and then be able to hang out together for like I don't know how many years.
But just really grateful.
Q. With that, too, she was the last player to get into this field. You touched on it a little bit --
JEENO THITIKUL: I know.
Q. -- with her hard work and passion. What can you say as well about the fight she put up to get into this field?
JEENO THITIKUL: I think like I kind of talk to her like at the International Crown. She definitely got her game, like she got a game of golf, but sometime like I said work hard is good, but overwork, sometime it's burn yourself and then burn your mind, too.
So I think now she just be able to play some like fun golf after play with me in International Crown I guess. I don't know. I just always cheering for her, especially last week. I came here on Sunday and open like golf, which is I'm not watching golf at all but, I open like a Golf Channel to turn out, see how she's doing.
Q. How many Tour stops do you have a favorite restaurant like Sushi Thai?
JEENO THITIKUL: I think I do have all -- I mean, like I love to go like new places to try, especially we go on the road in different stages, different country, right?
But obviously in U.S. have really good Thai food. LA, like my favorite Thai food in U.S. should be in LA. Like real favorite. They got a big Thai Town.
And then, you know, I just a foodie, so.
Q. Are you at this one every day?
JEENO THITIKUL: Yes.
Q. Just knowing how close you and Pajaree are, how cool is it for you personally to see you both at the top of that leaderboard and root her on as well?
JEENO THITIKUL: I definitely like so happy about it because like I'm cheering for her for such a long time. I mean, like she's the last spot to get in this week and then I just like so happy to be able like her game paid off this week. And then I know she like this course because I remember when I was -- when it was my first like rookie year we played together in the third round here and then it just such a good sign that she be able to get in.
I think she get in CME like -- she never miss it in her golf career. It's good. Like we close. She's just such a nice sister to me and it's nice to see her and me doing good together, and not just CME but like every tournament.
Q. And then tomorrow what are you you most looking forward to? You've obviously been in contention several times this year; got two wins. What's the most exciting part about being in contention at this tournament tomorrow?
JEENO THITIKUL: Definitely it's going to be a good like sign for sure to be able to get in contention not just this week but like every week that I have, which mean, you know, my games and what I work, it's kind of work out and paid off out there.
So tomorrow, 18 holes. Hopefully we going to get it done by quickly tomorrow and then enjoying our offseason that's going to come. And then obviously make a lot of good memories out there tomorrow.
