Q. Well, done my friend. So good to see you up here again for a second straight year. Came in with a six-shot lead today. How were you feeling? Did you feel the pressure of today and Pajaree getting close to you halfway throughout the round?

JEENO THITIKUL: I think like I don't have to remind myself. Everyone reminding me by like six-stroke lead. Everyone. And then it's still in my mind even I'm just about to fall asleep.

And then obviously how many stroke you have you definitely going to get nervous and excited about to going to play the final round for sure if you are in contention.

I just keep myself grounded, not thinking too much about the result.

Q. No matter how big the lead it's never really a walk in the park, is it? There was a couple moments today I thought that was a little nervy. One of them came on the second hole. Can you sort of walk us through after you had hit your fourth shot as you're getting ready to hit the fifth shot, about a 20-footer for bogey to keep from making double, did you have a talk (feed interrupted. )

JEENO THITIKUL: I think it's just the type of golf course that, yeah, suit my mind, suit the fairways wide, the green, it's makable for us. Like they had some makable par-5 that we can get close to the green on two.

And then I think it's -- I don't know. I just like it. I just like last tournament of the year, I play with nothing. Just maybe because of that, too.

Q. You've had a brilliant year, three wins, no one has won more than you have. You also had the four runner-up finishes. A couple of heartbreaks as well. You're season long Race champion, but how would you rank your season? How much more do you think you could have got out of year? Do you think you got everything you could have done? When you look at next year, what do you think your ceiling is?

JEENO THITIKUL: I have no idea. I'll just say year by year. Lots of thing happening in just one year for sure. You seeing me like hold the trophy today, but you seeing me crying for sure for the four-putts that I have earlier. You see me crying for sure for the Evian. I'm not going to lie.

I think nothing you can predict with golf. Everything can happen. You can't control anybody else. But what stay last long is your hard work, your discipline, and then like you're passionate about golf.

Q. I'm sure you were solely focused on winning this championship. Maybe you didn't know it. If you shot 9 or lower today you set the all-time scoring record for the LPGA. Were you aware of that? Did you have any idea?

JEENO THITIKUL: I didn't even know that what I have to do to be able to.

Q. So you just supplanted Annika Sorenstam in 2002 had a scoring average of 67.7 with your 68 today you broke the all-time scoring record. Does that mean anything to you?

JEENO THITIKUL: Definitely. Hope Annika was not going to be angry on that. To be honest I didn't think about that at all. Like Vare Trophy is the one that I think every players wanted to win for sure. It's mean you're having the lowest round for entire year, which mean you definitely going to be on top of the Tour for sure in that year.

I think that's really honor for me to be able to win it for the second time of my career.

Q. I would say you would still go down as one of the greatest golfers that has every played on the LPGA in such a short amount of time. It's really solidified yourself as one of the greatest. I feel like you're going to have to start winning majors. Will that be your main focus the next few years?

JEENO THITIKUL: I'm trying. I'm trying.

Q. I know you're trying.

JEENO THITIKUL: I'm trying so hard. But, I mean, major is -- I think it's another level of golf courses and dealing with, you know, situations-wise, pressure-wise. Because major is different.

Q. Different animal.

JEENO THITIKUL: Yeah, different animals that you don't know what's going to happen. Like you don't know the golf course really well. They obviously changes like almost ever major that they have. Next year they change the Chevron again. Obviously have zero information about the course now.

Q. You should speak to Craig and see if you can get a major round here. Then you would be all right. You might have a bit of pull now?

JEENO THITIKUL: Yeah.

Q. Jeeno, we always look at your statistics and you were first in just about everything. It's often said that this game a far more mental than technical. With everything that was riding this week, Player of the Year, Vare Trophy, the scoring record, the $4 million, et cetera, et cetera, how do you go about putting yourself in the right frame of mind to be present, to play the best golf that you can play?

JEENO THITIKUL: I think you need to accept things in your head first. I mean, like you're definitely going to thinks about certain things that want to come in the future. I definitely accept that, yes, I'm thinking about it, but like what can get me to that, the position that I want.

So just only process. One word, that's only process be able to get me to where I want. Because like you can't stop your mind of thinking about future, thinking about what if happened in the future.

But I think process is only one word that in my head.

Q. We know you're out here supporting your family back at home and they're not here. Mom and dad are back in Thailand, and you said an soon as you sunk the winning putt your mom went straight to bed. Of course I'm sure there was pressure on your shoulders to represent the family on the LPGA, but you're also so wonderfully honest about how much you love winning $4 million checks. I would be wrong to sit up here and not ask you what you're going to do with this one. It's always a great story.

JEENO THITIKUL: I think another shopping trip is coming now after winning here. I mean, like when you earn money then you have to spend sometimes. So that's it. Earn it again so you have to spend and then earn it again. I think it's really good strategy.

Q. I like your style, Jeeno. You have impressed us so much this week and all throughout the season. We can't wait to see the heights you might reach next season. Congratulations and enjoy this moment once again.

JEENO THITIKUL: Thank you guys.
