THE MODERATOR: Joined here by Albane and Sarah at the final round of the Dow Championship. Can you just take away how, after a solid finish like this, how it's going to give you more confidence heading into the Europe swing and into more majors?
ALBANE VALENZUELA: Yeah, I feel like I was definitely in the world's biggest slump, and my friend here really helped me through on and off the course. It's nice to finally get a top 10 finish. Seeing finally some better shots out there and better scores, I feel like just all the pep talks we've got internally is just going to help me moving forward.
SARAH SCHMELZEL: I think both of us played a lot of free golf this week. I think both of us were kind of coming into this week. Obviously not great finishes from KPMG and maybe both feel like we're trending in the wrong direction. Obviously this week is a huge confidence boost going into two more majors overseas.
Q. This tournament is fun. There's a lot of support. What memories are you going to take away from this?
ALBANE VALENZUELA: It's so much fun. I feel like Dow did such a great job elevating our own LPGA and giving us a great opportunity to team up. It was a lot of fun. I feel like it's the most fun week of the year.
SARAH SCHMELZEL: I totally agree. It's definitely the most fun week of the year. Getting to play with one of your best friends. You don't get any opportunities to do that. Especially with us being Solheim Cup opponents, we especially never get the time to do that.
It's just really fun, and then Dow, I stay with incredible hosts, and they just make the week really feel like you're a part of the family, which is amazing.
