MIYU YAMASHITA: (Through translation.) Overall, I had a pretty good shot and I was able to control my shot as compared to yesterday.
And, yeah, I had steady golf I think.
Q. And then a good start. 4-under on the front nine. How nice is it to get off to a really good start like that?
MIYU YAMASHITA: (Through translation.) So front nine I had a difficult lie and saturated green. But I had pretty good shot and hitting very well so that's why I think I had a good score.
Q. And then sitting at 14-under. In contention heading into tomorrow. How nice is it to be in contention looking for a win?
MIYU YAMASHITA: I think other players were going up their score so I will focus on my shot and my score.
Q. Is there anything that you want to work on that you think you can improve on going into tomorrow?
MIYU YAMASHITA: (Through translation.) In back nine I think I need to control the spin, so I want to focus on controlling the spin and getting more birdie.
