Q. Here with Isabella Fierro at the Riviera Maya Open at Mayakoba. Awesome round today to fight to make the cut. What can you talk about today?
ISABELLA FIERRO: It was a fun day. I think I just yesterday my psychologist was asking me what is missing and Sometimes some days I have rough days and rough patches and just having my essence today. I was feeling myself I wasn't worried about the cut. I wasn't worried about the score. My job today was be who you are out there. Enjoy every single shot leave it out there and just be yourself and I think they did a pretty good job
Q. That's awesome. And so at no point today did you kind of look at the cut lines, see where it was, you were just playing in the moment?
ISABELLA FIERRO: I try not to look at a leaderboard but it was like right there so I think it's part of like of facing the emotions and everything just knowing that okay there's the board like okay the cut is standing here. But it's a part of it - like feeling those nerves, feeling that adrenaline, it helped me to hit my driver, be calm when I'm putting so feeling all of those things really helped me stay present and patient today so yeah I mean it didn't affect me that much but of course I was like oh boy maybe a couple of birdies wouldn’t wouldn't hurt, so yeah.
Q. And coming into this week in general too, can you just talk about the additional pressure as well as being a Mexican player in the field?
ISABELLA FIERRO: Yeah, playing at home is always so tough, it's always so tough and especially because people are comparing every Mexican player to each other and you kind of lose yourself a little bit in a way. So I think every single player, Mexican player that is out here this week is so special. Everybody has their essence, everybody's so special in their way and everybody has their own trajectory and their own goals so that's what makes it special. So I think comparing every player to who they were before, that's a really good thing so. I'm just I'm, just really excited and I'm really proud of what I've become and my team have become and I've just really happy that I get to play the weekend.
Q. And then also, this week ties for the most Mexican players in the field, too. What does it mean to hear that? What does that mean about golf in Mexico? And what has it just been to be a part of it, the past couple days here, too?
ISABELLA FIERRO: It means Mexicans are coming. You guys are gonna see Lorena's, Ochoa's in No.1 players in the world pretty soon. So I will keep tuned for sure. But yeah, with everything Xuntas and all of the people that are doing to help the growth of the players, starting from juniors all the way college and then professional, they're developing the players so well. So whenever they turn professional, if that's their dream, they're so solid mentally and physically. Yeah, I mean, I think what makes us awesome is that we have that drive and that fire and that is what we have in common. Of course, the Mexican flag, but yeah, we're coming.
Q. Thank you. Very well said.
